About
ID360 is a short film competition organised by the Ministry of Youth Development about the theme identity and diversity. ID360 is about what it means to be a young person in New Zealand today and is open to all New Zealand citizens aged 12-24.
Diversity can drive the arts and innovation and help forge a strong sense of identity. Creative diversity is obtained through opportunities such as ID360 that allow people from differing backgrounds to come together and collaborate to create unique and innovative ideas.
ID360 is just one of the many ways the Ministry of Youth Development provide opportunities for young people to express their views and interests to government. The Ministry provides a central point of contact through which young people can communicate with and inform central and local government decision making. The Ministry also consults with young people on key topics that are currently relevant to government.
The Ministry of Youth Development’s different “communication channels” create forums for the voice of young people to influence government. If you want your voice heard, check out Aotearoa Youth Voices.
